These work very well after prostate removal surgery. They are absorbent for stress incontinence and small and heavier leaks throughout the day. They are very comfortable. These actually hold up when you sit down or bend over. Tried a few other brands where stuff leaked out the sides every time I moved. These Menvault ones keep everything locked in no matter what I'm doing. Can actually get through my day without having to stop and change every few hours.

Comfortable like normal underwear, and leakproof. I tried other brands from Amazon where the odor was significant even after 4 washings. Menvault really blocks the odor even after leaks. Good quality and appears well made.

54 years old, prostate cancer and recovering from a full proctectomy. If you have "leaks' - would recommend. They fit and wear nice. Not much difference than the everyday briefs I would wear.

This boxer brief works well from an incontinence control aspect. I ordered XXL based on the size chart and they fit perfectly. The problem with other brands I tried was sizing ran large and I had no way to know before purchase. Menvault's sizing is accurate and the fit is snug enough to work properly without being uncomfortable
They help with confidence knowing there's no leakage. I work on the TX gulf coast and tried other brands that were way too hot and bulky. These Menvault ones breathe better and I can actually wear them through a full shift without overheating. Good year round even in the heat.
